I'm a Marketing student at Saint Mary's College of California with a Finance minor, a 3.6 GPA, and a D1 athlete's approach to everything I do. I've spent the last year building and executing real social media strategies — testing what works, reading the data, and iterating fast. My goal is to bring that same mindset into a digital marketing role where I can work on the strategy side of things.
I grew up in Dallas-Fort Worth, moved to Southern California at the end of high school, and now I'm in the Bay Area studying Marketing with a Finance minor at Saint Mary's. The Finance minor wasn't random — I genuinely believe that if you can't back up your marketing decisions with data, you're just guessing. I want to be the person in the room who can do both.
I'm a Division I sprinter, and honestly, being a student-athlete has shaped the way I work more than anything else. I don't really know how to half-do things. Whether it's a 6am practice or a campaign I'm building from scratch, I show up and I give it everything. I'm used to doing hard things consistently, and I bring that same energy to everything I touch professionally.
Outside of work and training, you'll find me at the animal shelter every weekend — I volunteer walking dogs and also run their social media and adoption marketing. I'm a total dog mom (my pup Stevie is my whole heart), and using marketing skills to help dogs find their forever homes is one of the most genuinely fulfilling things I do. Oh, and I absolutely run on coffee. Like, an embarrassing amount of coffee.
Content is a tool, not the job. Here's the framework I actually use when I approach any marketing project.
Before anything gets made, I ask who we're trying to reach and what we actually want them to do. Everything downstream flows from this — platform choice, format, tone, CTA.
What hooks will resonate? What format does this platform reward right now? I map messaging to audience behavior and build a plan around that, not the other way around.
I treat every post as a data point. What got watched all the way through? Where did people drop off? What drove profile visits? Those answers shape the next piece.
A mix of live campaigns I've run and strategic concepts I've developed. The goal was always the same — grow something meaningful for the brand.

Students don't want to be sold a productivity tool — they want to feel seen in their struggle first. I focused every piece of content on the relatable situation, not the product. Tested hooks weekly and shifted based on watch-through rates and saves.

Early-stage product, zero brand awareness. The challenge was making a complex AI tool feel instantly understandable. I stripped everything back — fast explanations, strong visual hooks, no jargon. Goal was to get from "scroll" to "I get it" in the first three seconds.

FocusTown is a focus and productivity app targeting students — a crowded space where most brands sound exactly the same. I was part of a multi-creator campaign at launch, building my portion of the strategy around showing the actual feeling of getting things done rather than just selling the product. Relatable study scenarios, strong hooks, and a consistent posting cadence. The broader campaign drove 350K+ app downloads in the first month.
Rocket Lawyer · Developed Independently
Legal services feel intimidating to the exact people who need them most — freelancers, side-hustlers, first-time renters. I built a campaign that leads with the relatable everyday situation and positions Rocket Lawyer as the obvious next step, not a scary last resort.
Contra Costa Animal Shelter · Ongoing
Most shelter posts look the same — generic photo, generic caption. I shifted the approach to personality-first micro-narratives for each dog, giving potential adopters something real to connect with before they ever step through the door.
Developed a full integrated marketing campaign for a consumer brand as part of my Marketing Strategy coursework. Covered market segmentation, audience research, channel strategy, messaging framework, and a proposed media mix with budget allocation. Presented to faculty panel.
